We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Right of Withdrawal In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please initiate your return request through your customer account: https://shopify.com/108365676876/account

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the item within 14 days.

Conditions Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and in original packaging. Watches must include all original accessories, tags, and documentation.

Return Shipping Return shipping is free of charge. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. We will also refund the standard outbound shipping cost of your original order. We do not refund additional shipping costs if you chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard option. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exclusions Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered after delivery cannot be returned unless they are defective. We do not accept returns on custom or personalized items.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
